My standard rate is $150 for individual services, with a self pay discount of $120. Group therapy and consultation services are varied based on several factors. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I participate in a number of insurance networks. Please check your coverage carefully to ensure the inclusion of mental health benefits, your deductible and/or copayment amount, number of sessions allowed per year, if pre-authorization is required, and to see if a referral is required from your primary care physician.  All deductibles, copayments, and/or coinsurance amounts are due at the time the service is rendered. In some circumstances, it may be best not to file an insurance claim to avoid a record of a diagnosis. Please ask about this.  Some sliding scale arrangements are possible, ask me about qualifications for sliding scale options.
