Service Description

I will be offering group therapy options seasonally, including both single-session topical groups and series-based groups with intentionally selected participants who journey together throughout the full program. Upcoming Groups for 2025: Daughters of Narcissism, Addiction, and Abuse (DONAA) Family Boundaries: Holiday Edition Planned Groups for 2026 may include: Codependent No More Improving Relationships with My Teens Break the Cycle Series (Addiction, Codependency, Entitlement, and Shame) “Just Pray About It” — a faith-based group unpacking Christian clichés Clinical therapy groups for processing common traumas (e.g., Veterans with PTSD, grief after loss of a parent) Clinical supervision groups for Associate Professional Counselors working toward licensure If there’s a group you’d like to see offered, please reach out with your idea.
